The chronos_api_add_job module adds a Chronos job using the HTTP API service for the Chronos Framework.

This module runs in a foreground and is OPSEC unsafe as it writes on the disk and therefore could be detected by AV/EDR running on the target system.

Note that the chronos_api_add_job module does not need administrative privileges to work properly which means that a normal user can run this module.

Required Module Options


This is a list of options that are required by the chronos_api_add_job module:

Agent
Agent to execute module on.

Command
The command to run.
Default value: id.

Description
The description of the job.
Default value: Scheduled Job 001.

Name
The name of the chronos job.
Default value: scheduledJob001.

Owner
The owner of the job.
Default value: [email protected].

OwnerName
The owner name of the job.
Default value: admin.

Port
The port to connect to.
Default value: 8080.

Schedule
The schedule for the job.
Default value: R/2016-07-15T00:08:35Z/PT24H.

Target
FQDN, domain name, or hostname to lookup on the remote target.
Default value: chronos.mesos.

The last successful run for the job (optional).
