Synopsis
The remote host is missing a macOS security update that fixes multiple vulnerabilities.
Description
The remote host is running macOS 10.13.6 and is missing a security update. It is therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities including:
- An application may be able to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges. (CVE-2019-8529)
- A local user may be able to read kernel memory. (CVE-2019-8504)

How to Run
Here is how to run the macOS 10.13.6 Multiple Vulnerabilities (Security Update 2019-002) as a standalone plugin via the Nessus web user interface (https://localhost:8834/):
- Click to start a New Scan.
- Select Advanced Scan.
- Navigate to the Plugins tab.
- On the top right corner click to Disable All plugins.
- On the left side table select MacOS X Local Security Checks plugin family.
- On the right side table select macOS 10.13.6 Multiple Vulnerabilities (Security Update 2019-002) plugin ID 123130.
- Specify the target on the Settings tab and click to Save the scan.
- Run the scan.
