Here is how to run the CentOS 8 : python39:3.9 and python39-devel:3.9 (CESA-2021:4160) as a standalone plugin via the Nessus web user interface (https://localhost:8834/):

Click to start a New Scan.
Select Advanced Scan.
Navigate to the Plugins tab.
On the top right corner click to Disable All plugins.
