The remote Red Hat host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 7 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the RHSA-2022:1420 advisory.

- xstream: Injecting highly recursive collections or maps can cause a DoS (CVE-2021-43859)

How to Run


Here is how to run the RHEL 7 : OpenShift Container Platform 3.11.685 (RHSA-2022:1420) as a standalone plugin via the Nessus web user interface (https://localhost:8834/):

  1. Click to start a New Scan.
  2. Select Advanced Scan.
  3. Navigate to the Plugins tab.
  4. On the top right corner click to Disable All plugins.
  5. On the left side table select Red Hat Local Security Checks plugin family.
