Synopsis
The remote network device can be accessed with default credentials.
Description
The remote device appears to be an Allied Telesyn router or switch that can be accessed using default credentials. An attacker could leverage this issue to gain administrative access to the affected device. This password could also be potentially used to gain other sensitive information about the network from the device.

How to Run
Here is how to run the Allied Telesyn Router/Switch Default Password as a standalone plugin via the Nessus web user interface (https://localhost:8834/):
- Click to start a New Scan.
- Select Advanced Scan.
- Navigate to the Plugins tab.
- On the top right corner click to Disable All plugins.
- On the left side table select Misc. plugin family.
- On the right side table select Allied Telesyn Router/Switch Default Password plugin ID 18414.
- Specify the target on the Settings tab and click to Save the scan.
- Run the scan.
